Hurray, for our Denise M. Quinones August, Miss Universe 2001.
Congratulations to Miss Denise M. Quinones August, Miss Puerto Rico and now Miss Universe 2001. I have been seeing this charming young lady for years as she danced away on the Marcano's Super Show on TV. She has a charming smile, beautiful eyes, hair, you name she has it, a super body and is just a real beauty. WHAT A DOLL! Talented, she dances, she sings, she acts, super talented I'd say.

Denise, Miss Universe is in her 3rd year at the Universtiy of Puerto Rico, where she majors in Communications. To top off all this talent and beauty, she is intelligent too! WOW, what a lady! Everyone in Puerto Rico is very proud of her and is celebrating her victory. Congratulations again Denise-- or should I say "Miss Universe 2001".

And to top this off, after our Miss Puerto Rico won Miss Universe, our boxer Tito Trinidad won the Middle Weight Boxing Champanionship Saturday night. WHAT A BOXER! Knocked Joppy down in the first round, 3rd round and K.O'd Joppy in the the 5th round. We are sure proud of Tito Trinidad too. Congratulations Tito!
As Tito Trinidad entered the boxing arena, the crowd cheered and shouted "Trinidad, Trinidad, Trinidad". Tito smiled and saluted his fans, looking as happy and as confident as a man can be.

All I could hear from the crowd all during the 5 rounds was the "Trinidad, Trinidad, Trinidad" echo, his fans love him.

When Tito knocked down Joppy in the first round, there was a roar from the crowd and the "Trinidad, Trinidad, Trinidad" echo as flash bulbs flashed away and the crowd cheered. Then came the 3rd round knock down and the public gave out another roar, then the Trinidad cheer became steady and echoed all over the stadium until, Trinidad K.O'd Joppy in the 5th round with a double punch that knocked William Joppy to a drunken state of mind, making him fall all over the ring and then came a loud roar from the crowd, the loudest I have heard in my life time. What a Boxer! What a fight!
